Breast Prosthesis

Many people are interested in knowing more about breast prosthesis. The Outpatient Breast nurses will be able to help you with this information.

If you are currently being followed at the Cross Cancer Institute, the breast program nurses would be happy to provide you with prosthesis information at your next visit. It is preferred that this information is discussed at the time of your follow-up visit. If this is not possible, please call ahead to arrange an appointment.

if you are no longer being followed at the Cross Cancer Institute, you may schedule an appointment for obtaining ADL forms for prosthesis at (780) 496-1333 if you live in the Capital Health region. if you live in other parts of Northern Alberta, please contact your local community health center for a form and authorization.
