When you come to the Cross Cancer Institute or the Tom Baker Cancer Centre for the new patient appointment, your doctor will discuss with you the treatments the Breast Tumor Group team feel would be the most helpful.

Sometimes the doctor will discuss a study or 'clinical trial' that you might be able to take part in. These websites explain what a clinical trial is. If you are eligible to take part in a clinical trial, your doctor and study nurse will discuss specific information with you.
