Many people do not know that men can get breast cancer, too. Approximately 1% of all breast cancer cases in Canada are men. As there are fewer cases of male breast cancer, the disease is not well-studied. You may wish to check our Research page for studies that men with breast cancer are eligible to participate in.

We have checked for helpful treatment-related websites and have provided the links below:

Canadian Websites :

Canadian Cancer Society - Breast Cancer in Men

Marvelle Koffler Breast Center at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto

International Websites:

CancerBACUP (U.K.) Breast Cancer in Men

Breast Cancer Care (U.K.)

At this site, you may download a PDF copy of a helpful booklet for men with breast cancer covering causes and symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and emotional issues.
